North Metro Atlanta Opportunity for Hospice / Palliative Care physician Join a Palliative Care team which consists of three (3) Physicians and two (2) Nurse Practitioners, Social Worker and Chaplain Schedule is Monday through Friday; 8am-5pm This is an outpatient opportunity as we are looking to expand our outpatient role in the community.
