Palliative Care Physician needed to join a team in Central California. Be a part of a group that values serving their community by providing quality healthcare services. The primary focus of the Palliative Care Physician is to promote patient-centered care through a team approach with an emphasis on professionalism and compassion.
Details:
• Schedule is Monday through Friday
• No holidays or weekends required
• Provide inpatient consultations to educate local providers
• Grow the outpatient practice with hospital and community support
• Interdisciplinary team of trained case managers, skilled nurses, and home health staff
• Advanced technology onsite
• EMR: Cerner
