• Education is part of our culture as we have 2 ACGME Fellows per year that interface with our entire team.
• Our specialty-trained palliative care team, including MD’s, CRNP’s, Social Workers, Licensed Professional Counselor, RN’s and administrative staff care for patients when they are in the hospital, in our office-based practice, or in our nationally-recognized home-based service.
• Our Palliative staff is second to none, caring for a growing census as we branch into new markets.
• The successful candidate must be interested in leading educational and learning experiences, participate in the development of palliative care as a specialty and value team-based care.

Job Qualifications:

• A network champion for Palliative and a passion for the clinical work
• Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified
• 2+ years of experience is preferred
• A valid PA Medical License or ability to obtain one is required
