I'm working with a great group looking for two providers to practice in the community of Provo Utah. Group has overwhelming request to come to Utah. Group works with Geriatric patients in Assisted Living/LTAC's/Nursing Facilities doing in-patient primary care. No procedures required, No weekends, No nights.
