You may be eligible to Join Baylor Scott & White Health, the largest hospital system in the state of Texas, as a fellowship trained Hepatologist with an interest in transplant. Our employed opportunities include significant practice support, strong salary and benefits packages, relocation assistance and malpractice insurance with 1M – 3M limits and no tail coverage required.
Opportunity Highlights/Qualifications:
- This opportunity would be joining an established group that consist of 8 Hepatologists that work in the Dallas clinic
- Board Certified or Eligible in gastroenterology and hepatology
- Average 12-24 patients per day per physician
- Interest in working with a multi-cultural team and patient population
- Most physicians spend their time on Inpatient in-service for 1-week rotations every 4-6 weeks
- Additionally, ½ day each week at transplant clinic and ½ approx. each week endo (providers generally spend one ½ day in the GI lab on procedures (endoscopy, colonoscopy, etc)). The remainder of the time will be in Dallas outpatient clinic and at least 1 day a week in an outreach clinic per month if applicable
- Four (4) Outpatient Apps and one (1) Inpatient App
- Call schedule: After hours call 5-7 days per month
