CompHealth is currently assisting an established hospital in Texas with their search for a medical or hematologist-oncologist. They are offering a Monday through Friday schedule working 4.5 days a week. Follow your own patients during the work week and have a 1:3 light call on the weekends, that is mostly on the phone. Join 2 other hematologist oncologists along with RNs on staff, and a radiation oncologist is on the grounds. The hospital is fully staffed and supplies all the backup assistance to be successful. MDs or DOs, practicing physicians or new grads, and fellows are all welcomed, but you must be board certified within 3 years of finishing your fellowship.

This hospital-employed opportunity has a flexible base salary plus an RVU productivity bonus program. You will also be offered a full benefits package, life insurance/disability, 35 days of PTO, relocation stipend, a sign-on bonus, 1 week of CME with stipend, loan repayment program, membership dues and licensing assistance, a retirement plan, and malpractice with tail.
