Chicago Health Medical Group - employed physician group owned and operated by Tenet Health - is seeking a motivated Hematologist/Oncologist to join an established practice in a beautiful lakefront Chicago location. The position will involve both outpatient care and inpatient rounding (on own patients) as well as the opportunity to teach medical residents.
Details:
--24 clinic hours per week: Office hours are 9:00 am-3:00 pm, Monday-Friday
--Average patient load is 30 per week clinic, 30 inpatient
--Call is 1 week on 1 week off: during the weekday the physicians round on their own patients and when on weekend call they cover each others patients
--Resident teaching opportunity
--Responsible for supervision of Infusion Center - clinic has infusion chairs with a full complement of experienced clinical support staff
--Employed position with our Chicago based medical group
