A large multi-specialty group in Rhode Island is seeking a hematologist/oncologist for locum tenens coverage starting ASAP. There are two practice locations that are 10 minutes apart.
The locum will work 3-5 days per week from 8 am-5 pm. Call rotation with other providers is about 1:5.
Consultations are 45 minutes and follow ups are 30 minutes.
The facility prefers semi local candidates that can work 3 days/week, but will take full time if the locum has to fly in.
Board certification and active RI license are required. Credentialing takes around 4-6 weeks.
