Annashae is currently seeking two Hematology/Oncology physicians to provide services at a VA hospital located in Indiana.

Duties: Physician(s) shall provide comprehensive clinical Hematology/Oncology services. Typical procedures include, but are not limited to: Initiation, monitoring, and discontinuation of acute hemodialysis treatment, supplies and maintenance of all dialysis machines, reverse osmosis units, and dialysis supplies needed for dialysis treatments to include CRRT and standard renal replacement therapies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current and Unrestricted State Medical License
• Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) in Hematology/ Oncology
• Current BLS/ACLS certification

Hours:

• Monday through Friday - 40 hour work week
• 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. onsite 4 days per week
• 1 day of on-call during clinic hours. On-call must be answered and/or returned within 30 minutes. *On-call service requires the physician to be available to provide phone consultation for staff or patients.
