* seeking a Chief of Hematology/Medical Oncology for top hospital in NJ
* report to Clinical Director of Oncology Services
* what we are looking for: candidates will be fellowship trained, board certified, experienced medical oncologists possessing depth of knowledge of practice in the community hospital setting. Prior leadership experience is also preferred.
* responsible for collaborating with other Medical Center clinical chiefs to oversee comprehensive programs of quality and clinical safety activities across the hematology/medical oncology subspecialties in the inpatient and outpatient setting
* in this position you will lead in development of the clinical research program in hematology/medical oncology.
* The Chief will be a member of the hematology/oncology clinical practice physician team with expected clinical focus 75% of the time and administrative focus 25% of the time.
