Colorado – Hematology/Oncology Hospital Employed

PRACTICE:

• 82-bed, non-profit, tertiary care facility which is a Level III trauma center, but operates as a Level II

• Service coverage area of 250,000

• 25% Hematology and 75% Oncology practice

• Built-in referrals: we are currently getting referrals from 150 to 200 physicians

• We are averaging 10 new patients a day

• Office: Located at the hospital

• Support staff/equipment:

• Infusion Center: COPI Certified

• Great RAD/ONC support

• Schedule: 4.5-day work week—8 am to 5 pm

• EMR: Epic—Beacon Modules

• Call: 1:3—Hospitalist admit/discharge/follow-up for you

• Accepting H1B visa candidate

FINANCIALS:

• Base salary: employed—depends on experience and credentials

• Contract term: 2 years

• Sign-on bonus: $20,000

• Retention bonus/loan forgiveness: $15,000 a year

• Vacation: 6 weeks

• CME: $3,000 CME + $2,000 for licensure, dues, and subscriptions

• Relocation: up to $10,000
