  • Currently 4 board certified Medical Oncologists
  • Experienced staff and chemo certified nurses.
  • Call is consultative, hospitalist handle admitting.
  • Hospital licensed for 550 beds.
  • Serving an area of 250k.
  • Located just 1 hr from Birmingham and 1.5 hr from Atlanta.
Located at the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains in northeastern Alabama, this very pretty community has much to offer including good public and private schools plus a 2-year community college. Residents enjoy lots of outdoor activities including, parks, golfing and trails for hiking or biking. This is a wonderful location between Birmingham and Atlanta, both of which are only a little over an hour's drive.
