- Coverage Needed:
- ASAP - ongoing
- Clinical Information:
- Monday-Friday and night call
- 8a-5p
- 16-18 patient encounters per day (5) 8 hour clinic days
- Support - nurses, manager, director
- Adult ages
- Inpatient/outpatient
- OP only without ED call. They will have to cover any IP consults during their clinic time, but the clinic is in the hospital.
- EMR: Meditech
- Required:
- Board certified or board eligible in HEME/Onc
- DEA/CSR
- Active NH license
- Degree from accredited medical school
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
