We are currently recruiting a BC/BE gynecologist or urogynecologist interested in assuming a private practice in Virginia Beach, VA.

• The owner and sole provider envisions one more year of practice before retiring, and is looking for a gynecologist or urogynecologist to assume his practice without any financial investment.
  
• This a unique turn-key situation - the practice is willing to provide a guaranteed salary for the first year, and then the practice/assets will be handed over to the incumbent at no cost.
  
• This practice presently has 3,000 patients in their existing panel and a 3 month wait for new patients. In addition to a practice that's already there, one will also have the option for shares in the local ambulatory surgery center (ASC).
