Somerset PA Group Adding Part-Time Gynecologist

We are currently scheduling interviews with an established practice located in Somerset, PA seeking a part-time Gynecologist.
  • Responsible for office and OR coverage, 3 days per week; OR likely 2 days/month
  • Must be able to perform minor surgery and relatively uncomplicated major surgery (no overnight admissions)
  • Minimal rounding and minimal on-call requirement (back-up to midwife only)
  • Serve as collaborating physician for nurse midwife
  • Serve as lab director for the office lab
Somerset is a nice, family-oriented community with local population of 7K. 30 minutes to Johnstown, PA and 70 minutes to Pittsburgh, PA.
