**Gynecology opening near NYC**
* Located in ***Forest Hills, NY*** - NYC 12 miles
* Full-time, permanent position
* Seeking experienced (at least 2 years but preferably 3+ years of post fellowship experience) Gyn MIGS surgeons (who can still do OB).
* We would also consider someone who is especially skilled and grandfathered in through experience but did not complete a MIGS fellowship.
* Will consider post residency fellowship graduates from Minimally Invasive Gynecological Surgery or Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery fellowships
* Advanced laparoscopic skills and Robotics a big plus
* Dream job for a GYNECOLOGIST in a high quality/low volume obstetric practice
* There will be very minimal OB involved (90/10 split).

We are a womens health practice that has been a leader in Forest Hills for over 30 years, with plans to expand into Manhattan. Our aim is to improve womens lives and restore harmony to their bodies through a focus on each patients comfort and individuality. Our office space was recently renovated (and more renovations are underway now) to create a modern, welcoming, and comfortable look and feel for both patients and team members. The Practice is fitted with the latest technology to provides state-of-the-art care. As a team member of this Practice, you will be improving womens healthcare now and helping to shape the future.
**WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO YOU NEED?**
* Doctorate of Medicine or Osteopathy
* Completion of 4 years OB-GYN residency
* Completion of Minimally Invasive Gynecological Surgery or Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship
* Valid license to practice in NY and board-certified
* Full range of advanced abdominal and laparoscopic gyn surgery with Robotics a plus but not necessary.

* Privileges at one or more leading NYC hospitals
* Positive reviews on consumer sites, such as Zocdoc, Google, or Yelp
* Bilingual (Spanish, Russian, Mandarin, Korean, or others) skills

* Join 1 full-time OB/GYN and 1 NP with additional part-time providers.
* Well-established Practice has been in the community for over 30 years.
* 70/30 Gyn/OB split at present.
* Purposefully low-volume OB practice

* Focus on quality and patient experience, not quantity.
* Office - typical day involves seeing 10-20 patients/day.
* Coverage readily available for any difficult post-call days or late nights (by using from the vacation/CME/personal/sick days pool)
**3. Great Benefits: very competitive compensation and innovative incentive program focused on improving quality of care, not volume of care:**
* $240k/year + bonus
* Annual bonus: 60k a year
* Deferred compensation plan fully funded by Practice - this is not your neighbors 401k plan
