Job Schedule: M-F 7:30 to 4:30. Federally Qualified Health Center ( 40% uninsured patients, 50% Medicaid, 10% other). 1: 3 call by telephone only. Negotiable Salary and productivity is based on a combination of patient volume, quality measures, leadership, and patient no-show rate.. EMR Used - Athena. Loan Forgiveness Amount: Participant in the National Health Service Corp Loan repayment program. . Relocation, sign on bonus and one week of CME + $$$. Overall Benefits Package: basic- blue cross insurance, vision, dental, 401k . Malpractice Insurance Info: FTCA ( federal government) includes tail for health center patients.
