Position:
– Join an established and busy practice, joining one other
– Average 12-15 new patients a week – quick ramp
– Tenured, friendly and high-quality support staff
– Robotic Surgery program with da Vinci Xi, State of the art radiation facilities, and Blocked OR time
– Women’s Center with specialists in Surgical Oncology, Surgery Breast Clinic, Ob/Gyn, and Uro/Gyn
– Coordinated and comprehensive care throughout clinic and hospitals
– Large referral base of 1.3 million population
Group:
– Largest Physician Owned MSG in the Midwest with over 250 clinicians, 175 of them being physicians
– Member of ACO, awarded highest level for Patient Centered Medical Homes and achieved 100% on MIPS score
– Shareholder ability at the end of year 2, average $40,000 in returns a year per provider
Financials:
– 2-year salary guarantee with bonus potential – guarantee over Median of $420,000
– Current provider is earning $650,000+ a year plus shareholder profits
