Start date of assignment #72125: ASAP and Ongoing
Details of coverage:
-Active Indiana license required
-Board Certification required
-Must have fellowship in an accredited program
-Must be enrolled in IPCF
-Will need to attend EPIC and orientation training
-This position will be for 6+months
-Locums to permanent welcome
-Looking for someone with two to five years of experience
