Gynecology Oncology - Program Lead - Central IL.

We are seeking Gynecologic Oncologist who would primarily focus on surgical management of women with gynecological cancers and would also serve as Program Lead for the Division. Training and interest in Minimally Invasive (Robotic) Surgery are preferred.

The ideal candidate would have some post-training experience, be board certified/board eligible in Gynecologic Oncology and have excellent interpersonal skills for program building. Candidates with leadership experience, or interest are welcome to apply.

The employer might be able to assist with spouse/partner employment. We currently have two (2) Da Vinci Robots (XI and SI) and want to stay at the forefront of technological advances in medicine.

In 2018, we along with the university opened the doors to the first medical student class at the new College of Medicine. Academic appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A qualified candidate will also be considered for a Course Director for Women’s Health Medical School Curriculum with an allocated FTE for this activity.

For candidates with a strong academic background, a research component will strongly be considered.

Our Physician Group is locally owned and physician led. We are part of a not-for-profit integrated network of healthcare services that includes a Foundation Hospital, designated Primary Stroke Center, and Level I Trauma Center with Level III perinatal services.
