Job Description

  • Coverage Needed
    • July 27, 2023 - January 19, 2024
  • Schedule
    • Mon-Fri will be clinic
    • Weekend Call
    • 2 Weeks/Month to cover inpatient, clinic, on-call, and OR
  • Clinical Details
    • Perform surgery in the main OR; provide emergent surgical assistance to L&D.
    • Provide surgical consult to other physicians in the OR; round on patients; discharge patients; perform inpatient and outpatient consults.
    • In clinic, see patients for follow up visits, pre-chemo visits, pre and post op visits. Perform outpatient gyn procedures (LEEP, biopsies, etc.) in clinic
    • 30 Patients a Day (10 inpatient + 20 in-clinic)
    • 3-4 Exam Rooms
    • Trauma Level 3
  • Requirements
    • Board Certified
    • Fellowship Required
    • BLS Certification ACLS Certification
  • Call
    • Friday Night to Sunday Night
    • Phone calls and inhouse call
    • Weekly rotating basis Thursday to Thursday
    • While on call: clinics or OR during the week
  • Support Staff
    • Chemo handed by Rn/Care Coordinator
  • EMR
    • EPIC
