First Physicians Group of Sarasota Memorial Health Care System has an exciting opportunity for a Gynecologic Oncologist to join a busy practice working with an internationally acclaimed and published physician with extensive teaching skills and involvement with clinical trials. We are located in the highly desirable area of Sarasota, Florida and only minutes from the beautiful beaches of Siesta Key, Longboat Key, and Lido Key on the Gulf Coast of Florida. Sarasota is located approximately 60 minutes south of Tampa and 1.5 hours north of Ft. Myers. The area has wonderful schools, great restaurants and a wide variety of activities for all ages.
Candidate must have completed a fellowship from an accredited program and be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gynecologic Oncology. The ideal candidate will be skilled in open and robotic procedures. Clinical research experience is welcomed but not required. The practice is fully staffed with 2 ARNPs who work in the office and assist with surgery as well as a team of clinical and administrative support staff.
