The Division of Gastroenterology and the Gastroenterology Center in the Department of Medicine at Tufts Medical Center is seeking a full time Academic Gastroenterologist to join our expanding academic team in the Greater Boston area.

Tufts Medical Center is an internationally respected, not-for-profit, 415-bed, academic medical center located in downtown Boston, adjacent to the Tufts University School of Medicine and a proud member of the Wellforce Healthcare System. The Medical Center is known for its basic, translational and clinical science research as well as its expertise in health policy. The Gastroenterology’s research center has been supported by the NIH for 24 years and is still one of the few supported NIH funded centers in the US.

How you’ll transform patient care:

• You’ll provide general gastroenterology-based care in a busy academic setting?
• You’ll perform scopes within our brand-new state of the art endoscopy suites
• You’ll collaborate and partner within established multi-disciplinary teams
• You’ll have the ability to work towards subspecialties in colorectal neoplasia, inherited GI disorders, functional bowel disorders, or celiac disease
• You’ll join an organization built on designing a network to care for patients frictionlessly
• You’ll have the opportunity to provide both outpatient and inpatient care

Who you are:?

• Board Certified in Gastroenterology
• Passionate and interested in teaching and building a busy clinical practice
• Able to obtain a Massachusetts medical license?
