Location: Miami, FL area

• Join three Gastroenterologists in private practice.
• Call shared : 1-5
• 30-40 Cases per week per physician
• Two "state of the art offices"

Join a large, hospital based multi-specialty practice with three other Gastroenterologists. Call is shared equally. The hospital has an Endoscopy Center that is one of the largest and most up-to-date facilities in South Florida. Plans are underway to add a fluoroscopy unit to the center, so that patients will receive all of their radiological GI procedures in one location.
The center offers the following services: The Diagnosis and management of complex hepatic disorders, including chronic Hepatitis B and C. Evaluation and comprehensive management of inflammatory bowel disorders. Expertise in treating pancreatic diseases. Management of nutritional and obesity related disorders. Endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR) of polyps and tumors from the esophagus, stomach, intestine and colon. Endoscopic stenting for relief of obstructions of the gastrointestinal and biliary systems. Evaluation of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and swallowing disorders including endoscopic radiofrequency ablation of ’Barretts esophagus (Barrx) and 48-hour pH monitoring (Bravo Capsule)
Wireless capsule endoscopy for evaluating obscure GI bleeding, suspected Crohn’s and celiac disease or small bowel tumors. Patients swallow a small capsule equipped with a tiny camera for transmitting images of the small intestine.
Balloon enteroscopy to visualize, biopsy and remove or treat bleeding lesions, thereby avoiding surgery. Pneumatic balloon dilation for achalasia
Requirements: Must be BC / BE, have a current or pending FL Medical License, have a current & unrestricted DEA, Clean Databank and No current significant malpractice history.
