Private Orlando Gastroenterology Group Seeking to Expand

Two Gastroenterologists needed due to volume increase and expansion needs. With the current set up of six practice locations and one surgery center, they hope to open another location and fulfill their plans of building a second surgery center by mid-2021.

About the practice:
--GI group currently consisting of ten physicians (GIs & Colo-Rectal Surgeons) and ten APPs
--Six practice locations and one surgery center in the greater Orlando area
--Expanding quickly & consistently - expect a 2nd Surgery Center to be ready by May 2021

About the opportunity:
--Open to considering Advanced & General Gastroenterologists
--Seeking candidates that have minimally three to four years of practice experience
--Spanish speaking is a plus, however is not required
--Biggest call rotation will be 1:4 or 1:5; if a Physician desires more or less/no call, this can be accommodated
--Base salary is negotiable based off of experience level | MGMA is used as a benchmark but the group is open to considering requests
--Commencement bonus, relocation bonus, annual CME allowance, & option to replace commencement bonus with debt stipend for student loans
--One to four days in clinic, one to two surgery days per weekend
--Endo center is in same building as clinic
