Gastroenterology Physician to join employed group in West Central IN -between Chicago and Indianapolis Job-3216
* 60 miles to Indianapolis located in the West Central IN area
* Will consider BE/BC Gastro physician as well as consider an H1 visa
* practice at a new multi-specialty clinic
* Preference for a candidate with ERCP and EUS experience
* M-F schedule 8a-5p - take own weekday call and share weekend/holiday call
* average patient volumes10-12 per day and 7 in surgery center
* On Site Equipment: - Olympus-190 Series Video system- TJF (ERCP) Q180V endoscopes Flushing pump - CO2 insufflation - Cautery unit with Argon - Bravo Capsules - PillCam Endoscopy - ProVationMD for endoscopic procedure reports
* Competitive compensation, including income guarantee, with bonus incentives - relocation allowance- Paid malpractice -27 days PTO plus five additional paid days for CME with annual stipend Full benefits package, including health, life, dental, vision and legal insurance Retirement options - Short- and Long-Term Own Occupation Disability etc
