• Salary: Base + Wrvu bonus thereafter up to $800K+potential
• Relocation: Paid up to $25K
• Student loan Repayment: Through NHSC
• CME: 3 $2,500
• PTO: 4 weeks/separate sick time (negotiable)
• Health Insurance/Dental: 30 days after hire
• Retirement: 401K-4% match-90 days after hire
• Buy-in Private practice: "option" after 1 year
• Surgical Center buy-In: "option"

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Gastroenterology (GI)

• Clinic Outpatient: 95% Clinic 5% Hospital: ½ day clinic ½ day endoscopy
• Call: 1:9
• Hours: 7:30-4:30
• Great support staff: RN and NP there to assist 10+ years’ experience in PP environment
• Surgical center 2 blocks from our new clinic space
• Patients already established clinic to open in April
