This is a full time position that assumes a four or five day week and a one in 4 call. We do not require the one in 3 call because it would be too onerous. We have NP’s who answer most off hours calls. The Physicians choose their days on to satisfy their contractual obligations. We require 10 days a month on call for the established practices and for the consults at the Hospital.
