An outpatient facility in Maine is in need of a full-time gastroenterologist for 6 months of locum tenens coverage. Candidates must be board certified or board eligible within 5 years of residency. Required procedures/cases include mostly gastroenterology, IP endoscopy, upper endoscopy, diagnostic, sigmoidoscopy and colonoscopy. The schedule is 8am-5pm with call and an average of 15 patients in the clinic and 10-12 patients in the hospital.
