General bread and butter surgery
- Fusion, Backpain, Cranial, etc., No Clip aneurysms or coils
- 90% spine, 10% brain
- C-arm and Stealth Navigator
- Neurologists – they do EMGs. Neuroradiology can do spinal taps and some other procedures
- 4 Day work Week - Days in clinic, 2 days in OR, 1-day admin day
- APP on 1st call (non-trauma, routine hospital call)
- 20 – 30 patients per day in clinic
- 4-6 planned cases per week
- Year Guarantee at the Median + Bonuses + Productivity from day 1
- 366 Bed Hospital Level III Trauma Center with over 100 Primary Care Referrals
