* Bread and butter GI
* 2500+ procedures with opportunity for growth
* Acute care hospital consists of emergency department, private rooms, 10-room OR, hospitalist program and state-of-the art surgical equipment, diagnostic imaging and laboratory services
* Robust primary care referral base
* Mon-Thu call is 1:2 and Fri-Sun call is 1:3
* Adding mid-level provider to increase procedural yield and reduce some of the burden of call
