If it’s possible, you will find it at Atrium Health—the leading community-focused academic healthcare system serving North Carolina and South Carolina. We invite BE/BC Gastroenterologists to discover all that we can do when we bring healing hearts, inquisitive minds and progressive visionaries together in our Center for Digestive Health team at Atrium Health-Cleveland in Shelby, North Carolina.

If you are a qualified individual looking to start or expand your career, this opportunity may be the perfect fit. We are looking to establish an Atrium Health presence while working with the local GI team to support Atrium Health-Cleveland. The work schedule is a mix of OP office and ambulatory endoscopy (clinic hours are 8am-5pm Monday through Friday) with an established Atrium Health GI physician.

The Atrium Health Medical Group GI team is focused on providing access to high quality, diversified care to our community. Our mission is to be chosen for digestive disease care so that patients can live better. Our physicians are team-oriented and professional. We have worked to develop a physician compliment to provide both general access, as well as highly-specialized services, to our patients.

When you join Atrium Health, you will be welcomed into an inclusive culture that celebrates and respects the contributions a diverse team can make together. Practice where your voice is valued, your passion for advancing medicine is rewarded, and you get the resources and support you need to thrive personally and professionally. In our nationally-renowned integrated health system, you can work alongside the most advanced minds in medicine to improve medicine, elevate hope and advance healing—for all.
