Practice Description

Bread and butter gastroenterology, with EUS and ERCP optional. Ability to subspecialize may exist at some locations.

Position Overview/Responsibilities

  • Flexible hours, typically 4 to 5 day work week

  • Call rotation varies by location, but usually is 1:3 or 1:4 or better. Full hospitalist coverage, so coming in for call is pretty rare

  • Work with the hospital to determine schedule (clinic vs. time in the lab, inpatient rounding, etc)

  • Possible to have some academic tie, but not guaranteed

Financial Information/Benefits

  • $405,000 standard base salary, with productivity bonus (negotiable depending on experience)

  • $20,000 sign-on bonus (negotiable depending on experience)

  • Paid malpractice with tail, health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement

  • 5 weeks PTO

  • Relocation assistance- $10,000

  • Possible retention bonuses depending on candidate

  • $3,500 CME allowance

  • Can do H1b sponsorship
