Position:

Merritt Hawkins is excited to be partnered with one of Pittsburgh’s and Western Pennsylvania’s premier Gastroenterology private practices in offering an employed position with a partnership track.
Position:
- Employed position with a two-year partnership track into the practice and endoscopy center
- Endoscopy and outpatient offices located in the same building
- Experienced and tenured support staff, including a full-time Nurse Practitioner Hospitalist
- Pathology lab and infusion suite located on-site
- 1:5 Call – All telephone calls triaged by a full-time team of nurses
- Low patient volumes and supreme work-life balance
- Ability to dedicate a portion of the practice to special interests
- Competitive starting salary over the MGMA Median for the area
- Sign - on bonus and relocation assistance
- Excellent benefits package featuring malpractice, health, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, CME time and expenses, license fees, PTO, and 401(k)
- Nominal buy-in to the practice and endoscopy center after two years
- Partners are making MGMA 75th Percentile or more
