Thank you for your review of my email in regard to our Arizona GI practice. This is a hospital guarantee for years 1 and 2, if desired, and partnership after year 3.
We have an group at this time with 4 GI physicians and will like to expand and add 2 additional providers. We will prefer a candidate with Therapeutic training at least in ERCP. The provider needs to understand that we are looking to expand the inpatient side of the practice and in the first 2 yrs the practice will be mostly hospital based GI coverage. During the day the candidate will have to provide inpatient GI coverage with one weekday call at night as well. Weekend call will be 1 in 4 . After 2 yrs in practice we will ease the physician in to the office practice with potential for partnership at the end of year 3 . This will include partnership at FMV for all our endeavors including practice, Endo center etc.
Compensation will be based on a base salary of 250 K / annum and a bonus structure based on productivity and this will be the structure till partnership. Typically a physician in our practice in this structure will take home around 500K/ annum but potentially more as well. If the physician wants a fixed salary it will be 350K for yr one, and 400 K for yr 2 and 3. After the partnership you take home revenue you generate minus the shared overhead and the benefit from the ancillary revenue streams into which you buy your partnership at FMV. We prefer the bonus/incentive based salary structure.
