A 175-bed level 2 trauma center is seeking a gastroenterologist for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located in southeast Texas, outside of Austin, Texas.
The schedule is 7 days a week from 8:00am - 5:00pm. The clinician must be heavily experienced with ERCP. The cases include GI bleeds upper and lower, Crohns or Ulcerative colitis exacerbations, esophageal foreign body, liver failure patients, and pancreatitis patients. The facility uses an EMR system. The support staff consists of RNs and Techs.

Dates Needed: ASAP - Ongoing for 3-6 months
Case Load/PPD: Providers will be rounding 10 patients per day on average, 3-4 consults per day, (inpatient consults and in patient procedures)
