Located 70 miles from Eugene, OR; 100 miles from Medford, OR
**Position Details:**
- Full-time
- Permanent
- J1 and H1 Visa eligible
- Busy employed practice of 5 physicians
- Management of gastroenterology patients
- Endoscopies and colonoscopies
- ERCP experience a bonus
- Call - 6 days per month
**Compensation**
- Guaranteed salary starting at 520k and going up based on experienced
- Guarantee for 18 months then move to production
- Signing bonus of 25K forgivable over 36 months
- 15,000 relocation allowance
- 15,000 immigration assistance, if needed
- 28 days of PTO, includes holidays
- 5 days of CME annually
