- Open Dates: ASAP
- Desired Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
- Reason for Coverage: VA Overflow
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient work site clinic for Vets
- Scope of Work: 12-13 patients per w/ possible walk in
- Requirements: BC, Active DEA, Minimum 1 year experience
- EMR/EHR System: CPRS
- Travel/Housing Notes: All inclusive rates
