Great opportunity in the NW part of Indiana to join a community health network for a Family Practice Physician. Must see all ages in this outpatient setting. Mon-Fri 8a-5p with one late evening a week till 6 or 7p. No on call schedule. These clinics serve all multiple primary care services in an outpatient setting.
