A primary care clinic is seeking a family medicine physician for locum tenens coverage.

Assignment details:
-Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm
-Patients are all ages
-EMR System: EPIC, experienced providers preferred
-Must have DEA, VA license and must be BC
-Working with other providers and support staff
-COVID vaccine required per facility
Dates Needed: March – September 2022
Case Load/PPD: 15-22
