Join two existing family practitioners. Opening due to growth of practice.
Both physicians are from WV. Both DOs.
Two mid-level providers also.
Employment arrangement with base salary and WRVU productivity bonus. Full benefits to include, life, health and disability insurance, optional vision and dental, sick time, vacation and holiday, CME days plus stipend, pension, and voluntary contribution plan,
Office only six years old with lab and x-ray on site.
Located off of I-79, just 15 minutes from hospital
Office open seven days per week.
Hours of operation are 7am to 7pm Monday through Friday and 10am to 4pm on Saturday and Sunday plus holidays.
Care of established patients as well as walk ins. Hospital admissions plus family practice call 1:7. Infrequent ED call for medicine 3 days/month.
No OB.
