We are working with The Floating Hospital which is a Federally Qualified Health Center in Long Island City, NY. The Floating Hospital maintains its historic mission by providing a healthcare safety net to families living in shelters and domestic violence safe houses throughout the city, as well as the medically underserved community of Northwest Queens.

Primary Care
• Coverage needed starting ASAP and ongoing
• Monday-Friday; 9:00am-5:00pm (option for 4 days per week)
• Cases: Sick Visits, Physicals, Vaccinations
• Average of 18 patients per shift
• Support: Front Desk, 2 MA's and a Behavioral Health Provider
• Patient mix: 60% Adults - 40% Kids
• Must be COVID Vaccinated
• EMR: Athena Health (Training available)
