We are looking for a Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician to join our practice full-time in Jacksonville, NC. We are a well-established, reputable practice in a beautiful, prosperous area of NC.

We are looking for a Physician to join us full-time, who is well versed and experienced in Cardiology. We have an older patient panel with mostly complex patient cases. We accept Military, Medicare and private insurances and the position is outpatient based only.

Services include but not limited to:

• Acute illness care
• Family medicine
• Geriatrics
• Immunizations
• In-office procedures
• Chronic care management
• Physicals
• Women's Health
• Diabetes reversal program

Schedule:

• Full-time position
• Monday-Friday (8-5)
• Attendance to monthly provider meetings and quarterly ACO meetings mandatory

Salary:

• $220k- $240k per year
