Details:
- BC/BE Family Medicine
- Hospital employed
- Week 1: Mon,Tues, Friday 8 AM- 8 PM (or until last patient)
- Week 2: Tuesday, Friday 8 AM- 8 PM, Saturday/ Sunday 8 AM- 5PM (or until last patient seen)
- About 4 patients per hour
- Flexible block schedule includes every other weekend coverage
- Must be able to see all ages
- About 60% pediatric patients
- DOT Certification requirement or may be obtained within 90 days of onboarding
- Work with one other physician
- Excellent clinical, administrative, and management support
- Epic EMR
- Alternate between two locations 15 mins apart
- Facility qualifies for public service loan forgiveness
