A large, physician-owned multispecialty practice in California's Central Valley is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join them in an outpatient practice setting. This opportunity allows you to work with an underserved patient population with another experienced and full-time physician.
Fluency in Spanish or Medical Spanish preferred as the patient population is primarily Spanish speaking
Established outpatient practice opportunity promising immediate patient volume between 18-22 patients per day
Work alongside another experienced Physician with your own MA
No call responsibility and the option of a 4-day work week
Physician-led organization offers robust executive leadership and practice support
Competitive compensation package includes guaranteed base salary starting at $275,000
Retention bonus of $120,000 over 4 years
Relocation up to $15,000, CME, PTO, full benefits, and retirement
Residency stipend available for 2023 Residents
