The leading integrated primary care provider in the Kansas City region is seeking a BC Internal Medicine-Pediatrics physician to join a growing team of providers laser-focused on delivering outstanding quality
* Practice in a team-based model with robust APP and clinical support, allowing physicians to practice at top of license
* Laid back daily patient volumes with no rigorous RVU expectations allows provider to provide holistic care and spend the time necessary to provide patient education
* Enjoy cradle to grave outpatient care with opportunity to incorporate niche interests
* Provide world-class advanced primary care with a patient-centered, progressive approach
* 4-day work week with minimal shared phone-only call and telemedicine capabilities
* Expansion to meet growth and demand, two practice locations are available in the upscale suburbs of Kansas City
Compensation/Benefits:
* Lucrative bonus potential based on quality metrics, not RVUs
* Sign on bonus + $20k relocation assistance
