Job Description

Indiana not-for-profit hospital is searching for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for a 100% outpatient practice. This is a hospital-employed position offering unlimited earning potential with only a 4-day work week. Organization pays staff salaries and benefits, and manages staffing issues for the physician so that you can focus on seeing patients. This practice is less than less than 40 miles from Louisville, Kentucky.

Hospital Employee, Outpatient only.  $230-240K Annual Salary.  WRVU production incentives.  Loan Forgiveness available.  Relocation Bonus available.  CME up to 1 week and $4,000 available.  Up to 4 weeks of PTO available.  401K.
