- Where: Conyers, GA (Less than 45 minutes Southeast of Atlanta, GA)
- Desired Schedule: Mon- Fri, 7:30a-5p, Outpatient call
- Scope of Work: 18-22 average patients per day , Physicals, well visits, sick visits, vaccinations, immunizations, annual exams, sport's physicals, women's health and wellness, management of chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease, some telemedicine visits. Services patients 12 and up
