Are you a physician looking to make a positive change and are committed to working with low income families? We are a well-established Primary Care practice seeking a full time family medicine physician to join our team. We offer a competitive base salary with benefits and an incentive plan based off of clinical indicators, productivity, patient satisfaction, and encounters completion. Qualifications: • Licensed as a Physician in Illinois • BC Family Practice • New graduates will be considered Compensation and Benefits: • $155,000-$175,000 based on experience • Healthcare • Loan Repayment • CME • Malpractice • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Incentive Plan • 401K • And Much More!! Schedule: • Full Time: Monday-Friday • Part Time: One Day a week and weekend Loan repayment
