The Arizona correctional system needs several Locums Primary Care physicians for Mon-Fri shifts in the Phoenix Metro area or other facilities statewide.

JOB SPECS:

~ 90 day assignment with an option to extend

~ 20 to 25/ppd

REQUIRED:

~ AZ state license; active, unrestricted

~ BE/BC; FP or IM

~ DEA

COMPENSATION:

~ $100 to $105 / hr depending on availability, experience, and travel costs

~ $1,000 bonus available

~ Housing and travel included

~ Malpractice

SCHEDULE:

~ Monday thru Friday
